Welcome to DailyDots. By downloading, installing, or using the DailyDots mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. License Agreement (EULA)

DailyDots is licensed to you subject to your acceptance of Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).

• Any custom terms outlined below supplement the Standard EULA. In the event of a conflict, these terms shall take precedence.

2. Service Description and Usage

DailyDots is a minimalist daily task tracker. You add "dots" (tasks), complete them, and build a record of your days in the Dot Calendar.

• Local Storage: All of your dots, tags, descriptions, attachments, and history are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a server that stores this content.
• Your Responsibility: Because your data is stored on your device, you are responsible for keeping your device backed up. If you uninstall the app or lose your device without a backup, your dots and history may be permanently lost.

3. In-App Purchases

DailyDots Pro is offered as a one-time purchase through Apple's In-App Purchase system, processed and validated via RevenueCat. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

• Billing: All transactions are processed and managed entirely by Apple. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• No Renewal: DailyDots Pro is a single lifetime unlock. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.
• Refunds: All refund requests are handled directly by Apple Support. We do not have the ability to process refunds.

4. Limitation of Liability

DailyDots is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the continuous availability or error-free operation of the app. Because your dots and history are stored locally on your device, we are not liable for any data loss resulting from uninstalling the app, losing your device, or device failure. We are not liable for any productivity loss, missed reminders, or other damages resulting from your use of the app.

5. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are published. Your continued use of DailyDots constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
